What We Do

ThinkWay® Strategies provides advisory services in strategy, business case development, strategy execution, business transformation, innovation capabilities, and executive leadership coaching and facilitation. Larry McManis, President & CEO, was a senior leader for Kraft Foods where he led strategy and strategic initiatives at the division, North American and global Kraft levels. He was the recipient of multiple awards and the author of two patents while at Kraft including Kraft's global new product development process that handles thousands of new products a year. He has done strategic work for Kraft Foods [KRFT] / Mondelez [MDLZ], Mattel [MAT], Oscar Mayer, Saputo USA, and others. His clients include businesses in consumer products, energy, manufacturing, financial services, furniture, transportation, other industries, and non-profit organizations. He has developed proprietary models and tools at ThinkWay (e.g., ThinkPoints®I2M®, and E2E™) which can be applied to businesses of all sizes in a diverse array of industries.
