Biographical Information

Larry is CEO of ThinkWay Strategies LLC which he founded in 2008. ThinkWay provides enabling services in a broad array of areas but focuses mostly on strategy, marketing, innovation, transformation, and related areas.

Prior to ThinkWay, Larry spent over 30 years as a senior strategy and strategic initiatives leader for Kraft Foods. He was the recipient of multiple awards and the author of two patents: a unique piece of manufacturing equipment in use at Oscar Mayer and Kraft's global innovation process that handles thousands of new products a year.

He has done strategic work for Kraft Foods, Mondelez, Mattel Toy Company including Fisher-Price, Oscar Mayer, Saputo Cheese USA, and other consumer brands, Alliant Energy, and several other clients in manufacturing, transportation, financial services, furniture, and non-profit organizations.

Larry grew up on a farm in Nebraska and has been married for over 40 years to his high school sweetheart, has three married children, and loves spending time with his 11 grandchildren. He’s a devoted Nebraska Cornhusker fan, loves golf, and is an avid DIY’er around the home.

Larry holds a B.S. Agriculture–Food Science from the University of Nebraska and an MBA from the University of South Dakota.
